Order Processing

  1. All styles are made to order.
  2. Customization requests to accomodate your height or shape welcomed
  3. Color, Print, and Fabric customizations are welcomed (additional charges will apply)


  • Your order is cut within the 1st hour of receiving your order
  • For this reason cancellations are not available,
  • The only circumstance where a cancellation is available is if the fabric needed to complete your order is out of stock.


The time your order is processed and shipped depends on the day and time you place your order, your chosen shipping method, and how busy we are. 

  • Total order processing time takes an estimated 48 to 72 business hours to be completed.  Some orders process in under 48 hours.  Depending upon the design.

  • Custom orders take an estimated 3 – 14 business days to process depending upon availability of requested color(s), fabric.
  • Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time will begin processing the next business day.

  • If you placed your order via PayPal Express, you will receive an order confirmation from PayPal only. You will receive a shipping confirmation, that includes a tracking number from F2 | Fatima Farasha only.

  • Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Ground Shipping FREE for all US orders. You will receive your order within an estimated 5 to 7 business days after processing is complete.

Priority orders ($15) You will receive your order within an estimated 3 to 4 business days after processing is complete.

Express orders ($30) You will receive your order the next business day after processing is complete.

PO Box Delivery All orders are shipped via USPS , we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Exceptions to our Delivery Time Frame Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone the delivery of your order

Holiday Schedule The following days are non-ship days:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)

  • Day After New Year’s Day (January 2)

  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)

  • Veterans Day (November 11) If that date happens to be a Saturday or Sunday, then the adjacent Friday or Monday, respectively.

  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)

  • Christmas Eve (December 24)

  • Christmas Day (December 25)

  • New Year’s Eve (December 31)

Easy Return/Exchange Policy

Please read and understand the Return & Exchange policies carefully as they will be strictly enforced.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a store credit or exchange within 30 DAYS of the initial shipment date.  Any returns sent after the 30 day deadline will not be accepted.

Store credits will be issued in the form of an “E-Gift Voucher”.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on close-out items. Please make sure you choose the correct size.

All sales are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition, free of stains and/or odors, with all tags attached.  You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please obtain delivery tracking on the package to avoid lost packages. You will be notified via email when the return item is received.

Exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5 business days once your package has been received. We reserve the right to decline any returns not sent to us in the above conditions.

The item being exchanged must have the same dollar value or more than the original item being returned.  If the exchanged item is less than the original cost, there is no refund of the difference.  If the price for the exchanged merchandise is more than the price of the original item ordered, an invoice will be issued to cover the balance due.  We will happily mail your new order at no charge to you.

We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order  via email if there is any damage to your package and/or item ordered.  If we are not notified of damages within 48 hours, we cannot accept any returns.  Please provide a photo of the damages and complete details in your email of any damages.
